Complaints Procedure
At Cherrytree Dental Care, we are committed to providing a high standard of care and customer service. We value feedback from our patients and take any concerns or complaints seriously. Our aim is to resolve complaints promptly, fairly, and courteously.
How to Make a Complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or experience at the practice, please let us know as soon as possible. Complaints may be made in person, by telephone, by email, or in writing.
Email: enquiries@cherrytreedental.
Telephone: 01382 736632
We encourage patients to submit complaints in writing wherever possible, as this helps us fully understand and investigate the concerns raised and ensures an accurate record of the complaint is maintained throughout the investigation process.
All complaints are overseen by the practice owners:
Dr Glen Milne
Dr Joanna Blundell
What Happens Next?
We will listen carefully to your concerns and investigate the matter thoroughly.
- We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receiving it.
- We will investigate the circumstances surrounding your complaint and gather any relevant information.
- We aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days.
If our investigation is likely to take longer than 20 working days, we will keep you informed of the reason for the delay and provide an updated timescale.
Where a complaint relates to clinical treatment, the matter will need to be discussed with the clinician involved as part of our investigation.
Our Commitment
We will:
- Treat your complaint seriously and respectfully.
- Investigate the matter fairly and objectively.
- Keep appropriate records of the complaint and our investigation.
- Explain our findings clearly and outline any actions taken as a result.
Our goal is always to learn from feedback and continuously improve the service we provide.
